I have known Ray Kearney for over 20 years, ever since I and my wife arrived in Costa Blanca to look for a holiday home in 1998. He was working for a company called Euro Anglo Sur as a selling agent. We bought from Ray as I felt he was open and fair with his approach. I was so impressed with him I told him then that he would not be working for the company for too long more and sure enough within a few months he had set up his own property company, Golf Sun. I subsequently purchased and sold other properties through Golf Sun, most recently in 2017. When you are not living in Spain full time you need someone you can depend on to act on your behalf and more importantly you also need someone you can trust - Ray and his staff have that in abundance. It's hard to believe its 20 years since we bought our house in the San Jose complex in Cabo Roig. You were only starting out in your business venture ( I think we were clients number 42) but the quality of the service provided by Golf Sun from the initial purchase to the final handover was excellent. We are still the proud owners of the property and have seen massive changes in the whole area but it's still great to see that Golf Sun are still heavily involved in the local area. Wishing you and your family all the continued success for the next 20 years and beyond.

First of all I want to wish Golf Sun a big congratulations on twenty years of fantastic success in the property business. My first encounter with Golf Sun was way back in 2001, myself and two daughters arrived in Spain completely ignorant of how to set up our lives here, we were very lucky to be introduced to Mr. Ray Kearney. He couldn’t have been more helpful to us, explaining how things are done in Spain etc. and we rented a unit in Via Park 1 to set up a very successful hairdressing business. We then went on to buy a house in Campoamor, all the paperwork and visits to notary were all made very easy with the help of Golf Sun. At different times needed it rented out and Tanya looked after all this for me. Sadly for health reasons we had to sell house and business and once again Golf Sun were there to support us, things made very easy for me with Bianca’s help. I have to mention a very funny lady who was always on the other end of the phone ready to help who has such a dry wit, Clo, couldn’t leave you out, many thanks. It is very much a family business Bianca and Tanya who are Rays daughters were so helpful to us, nothing was a problem for them and to this day I am delighted to call them my friends. In more recent years there is new blood added to the company, and someone to mention is Escher (Jac) such a lovely funny guy immediately puts you at ease and is so so helpful. All my experiences in Spain with Golf Sun have been so easy and lovely I am forever grateful to them all. With Ray retiring and Bianca & Escher running the company the good work continues. I wish them all the very best for the future.

 I have dealt with Golf Sun since 2002 and have always found them to be a very professional well organised outfit. Anyone who knows me would be aware that I am anal when it comes to service and this company have always met or exceeded my expectations which is rare. They are professional, honest and competent right through their team. They handle all aspects of my property purchases or lettings in Spain and I have never had an issue with their services. I had dealt with other companies in the early years but none ever matched their professional and competent approach.
