Good news, the property market in Spain has increased again to a new high in the first quarter of this year.

The British are taking the lead and the figures show that they are the highest they have been since the countries recovery in 2014.

Spanish Property/Homes still continue to be seen as a good investment, not just by the British but also from buyers all over the world.  In the rankings the British, for this years’ first quarter, are in the top spot, followed by the Germans and then the French.

So with many things happening both in Britain (brexit) and in other countries buyers are still coming to our sunny climate for that ideal property.

So, if you are thinking about buying a home, maybe a second home or an Investment property in Spain, don’t leave it too long, as when demand increases so do the prices.
