We would like to say happy 20th anniversary to Golf Sun, a top estate agency. We bought our apartment from them in September 2001 and they were so helpful in every way so much so that years later in 2015 when we decided to sell our apartment we went back to Golf Sun and they handled the sale and we can only say the help and service we had was every bit as good as the first time we bought off them, they were always on hand throughout the years with help and advice. I’ve known Ray and his family for over 40 years and it was while visiting them in Spain nearly twenty years ago, when Golf Sun was a relatively new venture, that the opportunity to own a holiday home in Costa Blanca became a reality. In those days Golf Sun was run by Ray supported by his wife Evelyn and it was reassuring to have them oversee our every step in the process, guiding us through dealings with the Notary, setting up bank, water and electricity accounts and even recommending where to go to start furnishing our new property. Over the intervening years the day to day control has passed to his daughter Bianca and her husband Escher who in my opinion have stepped seamlessly into Ray’s boots! So, when my wife and I decided to sell our property a couple of years ago, it was the new team we turned to for assistance. Bianca, Escher and the Golf Sun staff could not have been more helpful and ensured our best interests were to the fore at all times, in my view frequently going the extra mile to ensure the sale completed painlessly. I’m delighted to see the company thriving and I’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone considering buying or selling a property in Costa Blanca.

Nadat wij onze woning al enige jaren te koop hadden staan , en diverse ,, agenten ,, makelaars en andere scharrelaars in woningenverkoop de revue hadden laten passeren, kwamen wij in aanraking met ,, GOLF SUN ,, een zeer betrouwbaar overkomende verkoper ,Nederlands sprekende wist ons te overtuigen om onze woning bij hun in de verkoop te plaatsen. Duidelijke afspraken werden gemaakt over tarieven en verdere bijkomende kosten ,tevens alles op papier gezet en ter goedkeuring aangeboden ter ondertekening. Binnen korte termijn 3 bezichtingen gehad waar uiteindelijk de laatste de beste was, en de woning verkocht is geworden tot grote tevredenheid van zowel de kopers alsmede wij zelf als verkopende partij. De daarbij komende papierwinkel is op uiterste prettige manier zowel bij het tekenen van het koop/verkoopcontract door een van de medewerksters van het kantoor  t.w.,, Noelia ,, uiterst snel en vakkundig verwerkt en vertaald door haar ,tevens heeft zij ons geweldig begeleid bij de notaris alsmede gemeentelijke papierwinkel, zodat het e.e.a. zeer prettig is verlopen zonder onverwachte tegenslagen. Namens ons proficiat met jullie20 jarige  jubileum en op naar de volgende 20 jaar !!!!!! We would just like to tell you and your clients what a super experience we had with Golf Sun. In September 2017 we headed down to Orihuela Costa where we were taken round to various properties by Noelia for most of the day, by late afternoon we had settled on a new apartment. Next we were helped by Mara through the other stages of the purchasing process. Meeting the Lawyer, setting up a bank account, going to the Notaries Office and many other things making it a stress free experience. We moved into our apartment last August. Just a quick shout out to the guys at Golf Sun Gareth started our journey to finding us a retirement home in Pilar De La Horadada We spent the day with looking at numerous properties and the surrounding areas before deciding on a Lamarhouse Ground Floor apartment which we are overjoyed with. During the build we had the assistance of Mara who sent us photos on a monthly basis and kept us fully updated and her help has been invaluable, even when we hit a couple of problems Mara was there sorting it out for us. I would not hesitate in recommending Golf Sun and would like to say a big thank you and we cannot wait to go over in 3 weeks for our 1st time in our new Spanish home.
